Triumph Facilities

Triumph Tool services the metalworking Industry in Southern Ontario by our head office in Guelph and our branch in Woodbridge (Greater Toronto Area), and by our branch in Windsor. We have an affiliated company in Asheville, North Carolina servicing the metalworking industry in Western North Carolina.

Triumph History & Experience

Triumph Tool was founded in 1978 and shortly afterwards was purchased by Ernie Duffy setting Triumph on its course as Canada’s leading distributor specializing in metal cutting tools and related niche products. Ernie had an illustrious career in the industry spanning some five decades and retired in 2005. His children now manage the company although the elder Duffy is still involved in strategic decision making as the CEO. Triumph proudly remains entirely owned by the Duffy family.

Over the years, we have developed a level of experience that is unsurpassed in our area of specialization.

Triumph Product & Service Philosophy

We have always strived to provide the absolute best product solution(s) and service to our customers.

Our product offering spans the spectrum from Good to Better to Best. The manufacturers that we represent are for the most part based in the USA or Europe. We offer a “non-biased” approach to tool selection & recommendation – we will offer the best fit tooling for the application to our customers and prospects from the array of manufacturers that we represent.

Our ownership team sets the standard for work ethic within the organization. Our loyal team of employees embrace our philosophies for an unsurpassed level of service. We maintain a “thin” non-bureaucratic organization. We have built our reputation for service over the years by promptly responding to opportunities and challenges. We don’t screen phone calls. We offer after-hours emergency services. We strive for an “error-free” service model and stable, customer informed pricing.
