Our regular business hours are 7:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. We are often open Saturday mornings 8:00 AM – 11:00, except in the summer months. Often, you can find someone to help after 5:00PM during the week.
You can call our customer service dept. and request a credit application, or simply download a credit application for Guelph or a credit application for Woodbridge. Complete the credit application and fax or e-mail to our office. Your account will be set up within a day or two and you will be advised accordingly. Of course, we do take Visa and MasterCard for cash sales.
You can order product several ways: by email, phone or fax. Triumph Tool can ship “same day”, via our fleet of company owned delivery vehicles within close proximity of our offices. For outlying areas, we use traditional 3rd party courier services such as Purolator and UPS. Typically, we can service courier shipments up until about 4:30 pm.
Our standard payment terms are net 30 days. Remittance can be made by mail, electronic transfer, or by pick-up for local accounts. We do offer quick payment discount terms for key contract accounts.
